Just a super quick one for you all – well, those of you using Gmail anyway.
It appears that our automated responses are not being sent to Gmail accounts. These automated responses include;
- When you sign up for a Tier Zero account
- Your order confirmation
- When you should be notified that a product on your wishlist is now back in stock
- Your shipping confirmation
We are looking into this as a matter of urgency, and we hope to have a resolution in place shortly.
In the meantime, if you are a Gmail user and you have not received an email that you believe you should have, please don’t hesitate to contact us and we’ll supply you with the necessary information.
Just to reiterate; this only applies to website automated emails for Gmail users. All other uses should not be affected by this issue.
