Customs & Duties

DHL Express shipments – Duties and taxes are shown at checkout and collected by us, so you won't face extra charges on delivery.

Standard/Royal Mail shipments – Duties and taxes are collected locally and remain the customer's responsibility. If a shipment is returned due to unpaid customs, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and a restocking fee.

Order Processing – We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours. During busy periods this may take longer, but we'll always process as quickly as possible.

Cut-Off Times – Orders placed after 1:00pm (UK time) ship the next working day. Orders placed on Friday after 1:00pm ship on Monday (excluding Bank Holidays).

Pre-Orders – Pre-order items are shipped the day before release. Orders containing pre-orders will only ship once all items are released. Some customers may receive their order after release day.

Tracking – Tracking details (if applicable) are available on your Order Page once your parcel has shipped.

Is shipping ever free?
Yes — every shipping zone has a free shipping threshold. Once your order value passes the threshold shown in the tables above for your region, shipping is free at checkout.
What happens if customs duties aren't paid?
For DHL Express orders, duties are collected upfront at checkout, so there's nothing more to pay. For standard/Royal Mail shipments, duties are collected locally by the courier; if they go unpaid and the parcel is returned to us, the customer is responsible for return shipping and a restocking fee.
