Finally, I can add a blog post with some good news.
If you had seen my couple of blog posts previously, you will have known that there have been issues with Royal Mail International Services due to a Cyber Attack.
We’ll I’m glad to say that these issues are no more, and we have been able start shipping out all of your International orders! The Royal Mail Notice Board link is as follows;

Most of the orders went yesterday, with the final batch going out today. We have been told to be aware that the processing at Royal Mail may be ever so slightly slower than usual, however this is to be expected as they are now clearing through the backlog of orders that we sent prior to the Cyber Attack, and then beginning to work on the orders that have been sent since. I just wanted to make you aware of that in case your tracking number does not update immediately, or the movements of your parcel once you get the tracking are not as swift as they are usually.
In any case, you’ll be able to find your tracking numbers on the order page for your orders, and you’ll be able to keep up to date with everything there!
Once again, thank you for your patience with this – it feels like it came at a bad time (with the launch of the new site) but you guys have been fantastic with your feed back and your understanding of the situation. So, thank you all very much.
