International Express Shipping Update: DHL Express Returns as Our Exclusive Express Carrier
At Tier Zero Games, we're constantly looking for ways to improve the experience we provide to customers around the world. Over the past few weeks, we've been trialling a number of different international express shipping options while gathering feedback from customers on delivery speed, reliability, tracking, and overall service quality.
Following this review process, we've made the decision that from tomorrow all International Express orders will once again be shipped exclusively with DHL Express.
Why We're Making This Change
When evaluating shipping services, cost is only one part of the equation. Reliability, delivery consistency, customs handling, tracking accuracy, and customer confidence all play a major role in ensuring orders arrive quickly and without issues.
Throughout our testing period, we received valuable feedback from customers across multiple regions. While alternative services offered some advantages, the overall response made it clear that DHL Express continues to provide the level of service our international customers expect from Tier Zero Games.
What This Means for Customers
From tomorrow:
- All International Express orders will be dispatched using DHL Express.
- Customers can continue to benefit from fast, fully tracked international deliveries.
- There will be no action required from customers when placing orders.
- Preorders will be updated to DHL unless specifically requested otherwise.
