It's been 10 months since we relocated Tier Zero Games, and we're finally starting to see the results of all the hard work that's gone into rebuilding and improving the business.
Moving an operation of our size was never going to be straightforward ( or easy my back is still recovering from moving 4k's! ) and the past 10 months have certainly brought their fair share of challenges.
From relocating hundreds of thousands of cards and rebuilding our warehouse operations to introducing new systems and improving our internal processes, it's been a much bigger undertaking than we originally anticipated.
However, for the first time since the move, we genuinely feel like we're starting to catch back up and, more importantly, consistently deliver the level of service we expect from ourselves.
There's still plenty of work to do, but we're excited about where things are heading, and we wanted to share some of the changes happening behind the scenes.
Why Do Our Stock Levels Look a Little Strange?
If you've been browsing the website recently, you might have noticed that our stock availability looks a little unusual. Certain cards or sets may appear to have very limited availability, while others seem to be missing entirely. The cards are also starting to be titled differently ??
Don't worry, there's a reason for this!
We're currently undertaking a huge project to reorganise and relist our singles inventory across all the games we support.
This involves reviewing existing listings, improving product information, updating stock quantities, and making sure our inventory is organised correctly within our new systems.
It's a significant undertaking, but one that will make a massive difference to the shopping experience once completed.
In the meantime, please bear with us if some of the cards you're looking for aren't currently showing as available. There's a good chance they're simply waiting to be relisted!
Nearly 200,000 Magic: The Gathering Singles Added!
One of the biggest milestones we've achieved over the past month has been the addition of nearly 200,000 Magic: The Gathering singles to our website.
This is a major step forward in our plans to expand Tier Zero Games beyond our traditional Yu-Gi-Oh! offering and become a much more comprehensive destination for trading card game players and collectors.
And we're only getting started.
We've also introduced singles for two additional games for the very first time:
-
One Piece Card Game
-
Riftbound
Both are exciting additions to our growing catalogue, and we'll continue expanding the available inventory as we work through our stock.
Of course, Yu-Gi-Oh! remains at the heart of Tier Zero Games, and we're continuing to invest heavily in improving and expanding our Yu-Gi-Oh! singles catalogue alongside these new games.e
Our Goal: Over One Million Singles Listed Before the End of 2026
We're working towards a major milestone.
Before the end of the year, we anticipate having over 1,000,000 individual singles listed across the games we support.
This will represent one of the largest expansions of our online catalogue since Tier Zero Games was founded.
Our aim isn't simply to list more cards, though. We want to make finding and purchasing those cards significantly easier.
As part of the changes we're making, we're introducing improved product options that will allow customers to properly select the language and condition of individual cards.
This is something we've wanted to implement for a long time, particularly as our inventory has grown to include cards from multiple regions, languages, and conditions. Leo has also been working hard to improve the filtering systems on the front end, starting with Yugioh you should now be able to filter through single cards with ease we previously only dreamed of!
It's a relatively simple change from a customer's perspective, but an important improvement to how our store operates.
Improving the Tier Zero Experience
While expanding our catalogue is a major focus, it's only one part of the wider improvements we're making.
Over the past 10 months, we've spent considerable time reviewing how the business operates, from the moment stock arrives at our warehouse through to when an order reaches a customer's doorstep.
We're continuing to improve our fulfilment processes, inventory management, website functionality, and customer service.
We know that during the relocation and subsequent transition period, we haven't always delivered the experience our customers deserve.
That's something we've taken seriously, and it's been a major focus of the work happening behind the scenes.
We're now starting to see those improvements come together, and we're looking forward to building on that progress.
Thank You for Sticking With Us
Finally, we want to say a genuine thank you to everyone who has continued supporting Tier Zero Games throughout this transition.
We know the past year hasn't always been smooth, and we appreciate the patience and understanding so many of you have shown while we've worked through the challenges of relocating and rebuilding the business.
After nearly a decade of Tier Zero Games, we're still incredibly passionate about the TCG community and what we're building.
For the first time in a while, it feels like we're moving forward rather than simply catching up, and we're excited to show you what's next.
Thank you for being part of the journey.
