We want your order to reach you quickly, safely, and with no surprises at your door. Below you’ll find a full breakdown of our shipping services, costs, and important details to know before ordering.


General Information

  • Customs & Duties

    • DHL Express shipments – Duties and taxes are shown at checkout and collected by us, so you won’t face extra charges on delivery.

    • Royal Mail shipments – Duties and taxes are collected locally and remain the customer’s responsibility. If a shipment is returned due to unpaid customs, the customer is responsible for shipping costs and a restocking fee.

  • Order Processing – We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours. During busy periods this may take longer, but we’ll always process as quickly as possible.

  • Cut-Off Times – Orders placed after 1:00pm (UK time) ship the next working day. Orders placed on Friday after 1:00pm ship on Monday (excluding Bank Holidays).

  • Pre-Orders – Pre-order items are shipped the day before release. Orders containing pre-orders will only ship once all items are released. Some customers may receive their order after release day.

  • Tracking – Tracking details (if applicable) are available in your Order Page once your parcel has shipped.

  • Delivery Timeframes – Delivery times begin once your order has shipped, not when the order is placed.

Additional Information

  • High-Value Orders – Expensive orders may be automatically upgraded to DHL Express at no extra cost for added security and insurance.

  • Estimated Delivery Times –

    • UK: 1–2 business days depending on service.

    • Royal Mail International Tracked/Signed: ~5–15 business days (Zone 1) / ~10–20 business days (Zones 2+).

    • DHL Express: typically 2–5 business days worldwide.

  • Delays – International deliveries may be delayed due to customs checks, local handling, or peak periods.

  • Lost Parcels – If your parcel is overdue, please contact us:

    • UK: after 5 working days past expected delivery.

    • International: after 10 days past expected delivery.
      We can then open a lost-item case with the courier.

  • Customs & Returns – If customs duties are not paid and the order is returned, the customer is responsible for both outbound and return shipping costs.
