At TierZero, our mission has always been simple, to make buying and collecting trading cards as easy, reliable, and enjoyable as possible. Over the past few months, we’ve been working hard behind the scenes to improve the experience for all of our customers worldwide.
We want to take a moment to share some important updates, including a brand-new shipping policy, price adjustments, and some exciting new features that we think you’ll love.
🌍 A New Approach to Shipping
One of the biggest frustrations we’ve heard from customers over the years is unexpected customs and duty charges when parcels arrive at their door.
We’ve listened and we’ve changed things.

DHL Express Orders (USA & Europe) – Duties and taxes are now calculated and collected at checkout by TierZero, so you’ll know the full cost of your order upfront.

Over £250 Spend (USA & Europe) – If your basket is over £250, we’ll go one step further. TierZero will cover all customs and duties for you. This means your order arrives with no additional fees - just the products you love.
- Worldwide Shipping Available Again - For the longest time we have not been able to ship to various countries (Brazil for example) due to Customs issues, well now we can happily ship worldwide again with TierZero collecting customs and duties so no unexpected admin costs!

Royal Mail Orders (Europe only) – Customs & duties will still be collected locally if you choose this option. It’s a cheaper entry point but comes with less speed and predictability.

USA Customers – Due to the recent U.S. tariffs, Royal Mail shipping is no longer available. All U.S. orders now ship via DHL Express for faster, tracked, and transparent delivery.
This gives our USA and European customers more clarity, more reliability, and for higher-value orders, a completely hassle-free experience.
💷 Why Prices Are Changing
To support these improvements and with the introduction of U.S. tariffs we’ve had to adjust some of our pricing.

Shipping is now clearer and more predictable, but collecting duties and taxes at checkout does add a cost for us.

To make sure this is sustainable, you’ll notice some price increases on selected products.

💎 Introducing: TierZero Consignment Sales
We’re excited to announce a brand-new feature: TierZero Consignment Sales.
This will allow us to list high-end “vault” items on behalf of collectors, making some of the most unique and rare trading cards available directly through TierZero.
Think of it as a way to unlock access to the kind of collectibles you rarely see listed online. More details to come very soon!
